PBW Academy

The PBW Academy currently offers wrestling training weekly in Glasgow, Port Glasgow and Airdrie. There is no need to book in advance and beginners are more than welcome. Our students have a wide range of fitness levels so this is nothing to be concerned about as you begin your wrestling journey. In fact, training is a great way to build your fitness. We recommend that students be at least 12 years of age to begin training.

Membership for the PBW Academy is priced at £50.00 per month. That entitles you to come and go to any of our three weekly classes. It is simply a case of popping along to what will be your core class and we can get you started. The first session is free too.

Our list of graduates includes WWE Stars Noam Dar, Kay Lee Ray (Alba Fyre), and Angel Hayze, as well as top British names like Daz Black, Krieger, Kenny Williams, Davey Blaze plus many more. Students have wrestled across Europe and indeed around the world, with one student even competing in China. Through our contacts in the wider entertainment industry, students have also been involved in projects for the BBC and worked on shows at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Occasionally, other top British names will host seminars at the academies to help students improve further by passing on the skills, knowledge and experience they have developed throughout their careers.

The PBW Academy is the training division of Premier British Wrestling and works directly with Pro Wrestling Scotland, British Championship Wrestling, Saltire Pro Wrestling, Alba Championship Wrestling, Welsh Wrestling, Top Rope Wrestling, Pro 2 Wrestling plus many more. This allows for an abundance of opportunities for any student who works hard and gets to the stage where the coaches decide they are ready to compete on live events.

If anyone has any questions please feel free to contact us direct at [email protected]. If you want to give yourself the very best chance of becoming a professional wrestler then the PBW Academy is the place to come to.

Please note all coaches are fully insured, First aid trained, and Disclosure Scotland certified.
