Sean South's challenge answered for Barrhead plus tag team action confirmed

Last week fans who follow us on our facebook page at www.facebook.com/pbwwrestling would have seen that Irish star Sean South has became a little bitter towards PBW and our students who have came through the Scottish Pro Wrestling Academy, South has offered to defend his UEWA crusierweight title at Barrhead against anyone who has been trained by the SPWA. We can now reveal that the challenge has been answered. Saturday 31st March 2012, live at The Barrhead Sports Centre, Sean South will defend his UEWA title against a young man who has broke out all over Europe in the last 12 months, that man is none other than Noam Dar. Dar has been having a fantastic year so far and winning the UEWA crusierweight title would see the gate open to the rest of Europe as title defences are booked on a regular basis by the participating companies.

For more information on the UEWA please visit - <http://www.uewa.eu/>

Also confirmed for Barrhead is a tag team contest that will see Blaze & Rampage take on TJ Rage and newcomer Switch who will be managed by Charles Boddington. Switch who made his debut in Maybole at the start of the year is one of the weirdest wrestlers to ever emerge from Scotland, not much more at this stage is known about the man who comes to the ring with a teddy bear, one thing is for sure though with TJ Rage in his corner he has a golden opportunity to defeat one of Scotlands brightest tag teams in two weeks time and will be looking to do just that.

Card so far for Barrhead is as follows -

  • PBW CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH - BT Gunn(C) vs Mickey Whiplash
  • UEWA CRUSIERWEIGHT TITLE MATCH - Sean South(C) vs Noam Dar
  • 3-WAY - Jonathon Gresham vs Stevie Xavier vs Liam Thomson with Carmel
  • 'Unstoppable' Andy Wild vs Chaos
  • Blaze & Rampage vs Switch & TJ Rage with Charles Boddington

Tickets are on sale now at the Barrhead Sports Centre reception priced at £12 adult and £10 child.

One final match to be announced next week folks, stay tuned to www.pbwwrestling.com
