MAIN EVENT SIGNED FOR GREENOCK TOWN HALL

Published by Ross Watson

Tensions have been running high ever since Jack Jester won the PBW Championship last October at Maximum Impact. Since winning the title, Jester's arrogance and blatant disdain towards PBW management, our wrestlers and our fans has angered many within the company.

One man who has made no secret of his dislike for the champion is BT Gunn. The bad blood between the two goes back to the very night Jester won the PBW title. Gunn had already picked up a win over Liam Thomson in a semi final contest earlier in the evening to advance to the final. Jester himself had cheated his way to a semi final victory over former PBW Champion, Wolfgang. As the second half of Maximum Impact 2015 was about to get underway, Gunn was thrown onto the stage by Jester in what was clearly a sneak attack that had spilled into view of the audience. Jester then further injured Gunn by striking him with a chair. Medics backstage insisted that Gunn was in no fit state to compete and demanded that he was pulled from the main event that night. Jester would later go on to lift the PBW Championship and become only the seventh

man in the companys ten year existence to do so.
In the days that followed, it became clear that Gunn was furious, as would be expected. He was instantly awarded the first opportunity to fight Jester at Airdrie the following month. Once again, Jester would use underhanded tactics in that match to remain champion; a theme that has became all too common in his title defences.

It is with all this in mind that we bring you the following announcement. At Breaking Limits 11, BT Gunn will challenge Jack Jester for the PBW Championship. PBW owner Ross Watson has stated that if Jester 'cheats' on the night behind the referees back, with the result being a successful title defence, then he will be stripped of the PBW Championship.

When asked about this Watson replied - 'It's our biggest show of 2016 so far, Gunn deserves a fair shot, he shouldn't be cheated nor should our fans. Now that Jester knows the score regarding dodgy tactics, he will have no choice but to play by the rules and may the best man win.'
