With only a few days left until we return to the Barrhead Foundry, the excitement is really setting in. This particular venue holds a very special place in PBW’s history, having previously hosted many of our shows as well as one of our training academies for a number of years. Newer fans may not know that this is actually the venue where Sami Zayn and Adrian Neville wrestled for PBW in the years before they signed for WWE. Needless to say we are delighted to be back and it seems like our Barrhead fans are pretty happy as well. Ticket sales are currently well over 300 and with a bit of luck we will be looking at a sold out crowd on the 17th!

Now unfortunately, we do have a little bit of bad news. Despite being previously signed to appear, Grado has had to withdraw from the event due to circumstances beyond PBW’s control. This is extremely disappointing as we are well aware how much fans will have been looking forward to seeing him compete. Grado is extremely sorry to miss the show and hopes to be back in Barrhead soon.

However, there is no way we would return to Barrhead and not deliver the best possible line-up to our fans. So we have managed to secure not one but two fantastic replacements for Grado on Sunday.

First of all we can confirm that BBC ‘Insane Fight Club’s’, Jack Jester will now be in attendance on Sunday! Jester is the bad guy that everyone loves to hate so we are confident he will be a popular addition to the card.

We are also delighted to confirm that WWE Mae Young competitor and star of the BBC’s ‘Fight Like A Girl’ documentary, Viper will be competing in Barrhead! As she continues to make her mark in wrestling rings around the world, it seems safe to say our fans in Barrhead are in for a treat!

We are confident that this will be a fantastic show and can't wait to see you all on Sunday!

We will have a wide selection of merchandise available to purchase at the event and there will also be an opportunity to meet all the wrestlers after the show.

There will also be a bonus PBW Academy Showcase 6-person tag match giving our Barrhead fans a look at some of the potential stars of the next generation.
Tickets for the show are available at www.eventbrite.co.uk priced as follows:
  • Front Row: £20
  • Adult General: £12
  • Child General: £8
  • Family Ticket (2 adults & 2 children): £30
