With our first Airdrie show of 2016 just over a month away, PBW are delighted to confirm that Scottish sensation, Grado and Airdrie's own hometown hero, Kenny Williams are set to defend their PBW Tag Team Titles on April 16th. With the unstoppable duo well on their way to becoming arguably the most popular tag team in the history of PBW, fans have been left wondering who would be next to challenge the pair for the belts. PBW management can now confirm that it will be Liam Thomson & Red Lightning looking to take the gold next month. As two of the most experienced wrestlers in Scotland, and with Thomson a former PBW Tag Team Champion, it seems likely that this will be Grado & Williams' most challenging defence to date. Thomson & Lightning certainly seem confident that the Airdrie fans will be seeing the belts change hands once again and, with more than a few underhanded victories between them, fans have to wonder what exactly they have in store for our champs.

The second bout signed for the night will see Stevie Xavier finally get his match with Dylan Angel. The pair had been set to face off just a few weeks ago in Larbert but, due to the interference of Dave Krycek, the match never got underway. Having been impressed by what he saw of Angel, Xavier specifically requested that his next match be against the promising young wrestler. With similar high flying styles, fans are sure to be in for an electrifying showing from the pair.
