PBW tear up the Pavilion Theatre

PBW tear up the Pavilion Theatre

Published by Ross Watson

Everyone at PBW is still on a massive high after our annual Pavilion Theatre show which took place last night in the heart of Glasgow City Centre. We took a gamble running the show on a Saturday evening instead of our usual afternoon slot which resulted in our attendance being slightly down on previous years. That was the only slight negative on a night that was full of positives. Over 600 fans arrived for a night of top quality PBW action and the atmosphere was electric as fans raised the roof from start to finish as our talented roster went all out to ensure every single fan got their monies worth. A special mention has to go to the new darling of the PBW fans, Gradomania has arrived and it is running wild. The crowd was on their feet as the TV star made his entrance with fans dancing along with the man himself which was one of those moments we will never forget.

Full results from the show were as follows...

  • PBW Tag Team Title Match - Just Uz bt The Coffey Brothers to retain
  • 'Unstoppable' Andy Wild bt Scott Maverick
  • PBW Championship Match - Liam Thomson with Carmel bt El Technico to retain
  • Grado bt Red Lightning with Charles Boddington
  • James Scott & TJ Rage bt Davey Blaze & Kenny Williams
  • Wolfgang bt Jack Jester

We would also like to take this opportunity to thank El Technico for filling in for the injured Noam Dar at the last minute. Technico has been on our radar for sometime and we are thrilled to have him as part of our roster. Also we are delighted to hear that Noam's knee injury isnt as serious as first thought and he is expected to be back in action very soon.

As always our trusted man with the cam, David Wilson was on hand to capture all the madness. Pictures will be uploaded here and on www.facebook.com/pbwwrestling shortly.

We would just like to take this opportunity to once again thank the Pavilion Theatre for having us. It is an honour to bring our stars to such a historic and highly regarded venue.
